David Gaon, President and CEO of D A Property Development, Inc., Manager
David Gaon, age 64, has more than 27 years’ experience in the financial services industry beginning in 1980 as a stock broker for Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley). In 1985, Mr. Gaon became a regional marketing vice-president for Sigma Mutual Funds where he was responsible for selling mutual funds to broker/dealers on the West coast. Commencing in 1992, Mr. Gaon organized his own business providing investment advice and planning for various private clients including business owners and retirees. Mr. Gaon is a licensed real estate broker in California. Mr. Gaon has a BA degree from the University of Colorado and a J.D. from the University of Denver Law School. After graduating law school, in 1972 Mr. Gaon was elected as a State Representative to the Colorado Legislature, a position he served for two terms. In his final term he was selected to serve on a six member Joint Budget Committee, responsible for the budgeting and appropriation of all state funds. After leaving the Colorado Legislature, in 1977 Mr. Gaon worked for the Colorado Attorney General responsible for that department’s budget. In 1991, Mr. Gaon took a break from the financial services industry to accept an invitation from Wellington Webb, the Mayor of Denver, to serve as the mayor’s principal liaison to the business community and city council, a position he held until 1995 when he returned to California. From 1995 through 1998, he worked as an investment advisor to clients on behalf of several regional banks. In 1998 Mr. Gaon opened his own business, presently operating under the name Timely Investing, a company located in Yorba Linda which provides investment advisory services on behalf of various private clients.

Alex Gaon, age 34, holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California. Mr. Gaon is a licensed CPA in the State of California. From 2010 through February, 2011, Mr. Gaon served as a finance intern for The Irvine Company, the largest holder and developer of residential and commercial real estate projects in Orange County. In that capacity he assisted the finance department with initial financial setup of the design center for the homebuilding division, and assisted the accounting group with month-end closing. From 2004 through 2011, Mr. Gaon worked as a real estate analyst/IS Professional for Timely Investing in Yorba Linda, California where he assisted the financial advisor in analyzing tenant-in-common investments for clients. In that capacity he gained an acute understanding of industry methods for analyzing valuations including cap rates. He also utilized IS experience to develop sophisticated computer based methods for developing prospects. Mr. Gaon has considerable experience in the IS field including work for Success Associates, Rugsonline, The Boeing Company and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power where he used various computer programing skills including HTML, Cold Fusion, JavaScript and SQL Server, among others. At the present time Mr. Gaon is employed by RR Donnelley as an XBRL Reporting Specialist. In that capacity, Mr. Gaon is responsible for reviewing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, etc.) made by companies in XBRL (extensible business reporting language) to ensure compliance with the Edgar Filing Manual and US GAAP Taxonomy.
